Our client represents this fantastic renowned lifestyle brand with clothing ranges across Men’s, Women’s, Children’s and Accessories. It is unquestionably a standout within the fashion industry and is recognized as a trusted, quality brand within the Australian market and beyond.
Reporting into the Brand Manager, you’ll provide exceptional sales support, overseeing and coordinating all operational activities across the brand. Specifically you will have an operational focus in:
- Working with various stakeholders within the brands’ major retail customers, including department stores; providing exceptional customer service and resolution to operational problems.
- Sales orders.
- Supervising the delivery of all stock to major accounts, keeping relevant parties up to date.
- Management of salesman samples process.
- Assist in seasonal showroom set up.
- Managing the brands images within the SAP system.
- General administration support and sales reports.
With a minimum of 2-3 years quality experience in wholesale customer service/sales support/operations, preferably within the fashion arena, you’ll thrive stepping into a role where you are the critical link in pulling everything together and love problem solving. Highly organized, and customer focused, your patience and hands-on style will ensure your success. Experience in dealing with retail customers is key, preferably department stores, and experience with EDI, and SAP would provide highly advantageous. Advanced Excel skills are also required.
